How wet will my carpet/upholstery be when you're done cleaning?
Our cleaning process leaves your carpet and upholstery damp. We do not over-wet as we clean. Because they are damp, there is a fairly fast drying time, a few hours.
Do I have to move my furniture before you come to clean?
We move most furniture such as couches, chairs, end tables and coffee tables. We do not move large items such as pianos, entertainment centers and filled curio cabinets.
How can I know you'll do a good job?
Our livelihood relies on your satisfaction! Much of our business is by word-of-mouth referrals; our customers refer their friends, neighbors and relatives to our cleaning company. If we did not do a good job, we wouldn't be in business.
