Step 1
Dry Vacuuming -
Removes dry, abrasive, gritty, fiber-damaging soils. We only use premium Riccar HEPA Vacuums
to provide outstanding cleaning performances.
Step 2
Pre-Conditioning and Spotting - Your carpet will be pre-conditioned with special
cleaning agents to break down and suspend dirt. Difficult spots will be pre-treated with a special
solution to increase the chances of removal.
Step 3
Hot Water Extraction - Using our powerful, van mounted cleaning unit, hot water is preheated to a
controlled temperature setting, cutting through dirt and grease, and suspending it for extraction. The super-heated water
creates a scrubbing action that cleans the carpet from top to bottom and sanitizes it. The powerful vacuum extracts
water and suspended dirt from your carpet without over-wetting the carpet.
Step 4 Neutralizer - Every carpet that we clean is pH balanced so that there is
no sticky residue left behind.
Step 5 Speed Drying - We use high velocity air movers to help speed the
drying time.
Step 6 Finishing Touches - When needed, we will groom your carpet pile for
its best appearance. Your furniture will be returned to its original location on protective pads.
Step 7 Post-Cleaning Inspection - We will do a walk-through with you to review
your carpet cleaning results and ensure that you are completely satisfied.
Step 8 We will give you a FREE bottle of Dunn-Right professional strength
spot-remover that does not leave behind a sticky residue.
